Hello, I’m Michelle Sloan

I’m an educator, coach, consultant, and author with more than 25 years of experience as a teacher and principal. As founder of Sloan Leadership Solutions, I work with school leaders across public, private, and charter schools to strengthen culture, realign mission and vision, and create systems that help schools thrive.

I’m passionate about mentoring and coaching principals, helping new leaders succeed from day one and guiding experienced teams to rediscover their purpose and potential. Through coaching, consulting, and collaborative cohorts, I equip school leaders to lead with confidence, build unity, and create lasting impact in their schools.

My book, The Purpose Driven Principal: Finding Focus in the Chaos of School Leadership, was written to help leaders stay grounded in their “why” and lead schools that reflect their purpose every day.
